Sometimes you cook something so delicious, you can't help but take a picture. This morning was one of those moments. A simple breakfast of roasted asparagus with crumbled Pecorino Romano cheese, toast and some shoddily prepared (but nonetheless tasty) poached eggs with cracked pepper and sea salt. I'll be making this again soon.
